After more than 15 years working with property insurance claims, I’ve seen how overwhelming that process can become for homeowners. Most people don’t deal with insurance claims every day, and they’re suddenly expected to understand policy language, document damage, work with adjusters and contractors, review estimates, meet deadlines, and make important financial decisions about their property.
